xdany87So, the internet is exploding thanks to the all-new Haruhi episode, based on the Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody chapter from one of the novels, that just aired in Japan without any prior announcement - and I have yet to see or read anything of Haruhi at all.
I associate KyoAni with Lucky Star and K-ON!, I associate Aya Hirano with Konata of Lucky Star, I associate Minori Chihara with Minami of Lucky Star and Kagura of Ga-Rei Zero. I have not much of a connection to Haruhi whatsoever.
Still, even I think it's pretty fascinating what KyoAni, Kadokawa or whoever pulled there.
(/me is listening to something from a really underappreciated anime - Katamichi Catch Ball, the opening of Potemayo. Next up is probably Dennou Coil :P)
